Refunds are authorized strictly for structural seam faults, unraveled stitching, or hem defects present upon delivery.

Stitching flaws must be photographed and submitted to client care within 7 days of parcel receipt for defect verification.

Upon confirmation of a stitching flaw by our QA team, a complete refund or complimentary replacement is processed immediately.
